We believe the local church is still God’s plan for reaching people and transforming communities—and we believe South Texas needs more life-giving, Spirit-empowered churches. Across our Network, there are growing communities, underserved areas, and places where a new church could make an eternal difference. That’s why STXMN is committed to making church planting and multiplication a normal part of who we are.

Our goal is to build a culture and a clear pathway for identifying, developing, sending, supporting, and resourcing church planters throughout South Texas. Whether you feel called to plant a church, are beginning to explore what church planting could look like, or are a pastor who wants to multiply your existing church, you don’t have to figure it out alone. Through STXMN, regional relationships, and our partnership with the national Church Multiplication Network (CMN), we want to surround planters and multiplying churches with the training, relationships, coaching, resources, and support they need to take their next step.

Church multiplication isn’t just for church planters. Every church and every leader can have a part. Some will plant. Some will parent or send. Some will mentor. Some will give. Some will pray. And some existing churches will multiply through new campuses, congregations, or church plants. Together, we can establish healthy churches in communities across South Texas and continue building a Network where multiplication becomes part of our DNA.
